With over 380 circuits of lighting and approximately 1600 light fittings, this home could only be operated by our control systems to simplify and automate the sheer quantity of lighting. A 3-year project that tested our abilities and showed our potential when it came to operability, ease of use and teamwork.
A 3-year residential build that pushed every part of our process — design, programming, commissioning and ongoing optimisation. The mandate was simple in spirit and complex in execution: take an enormous lighting estate and make it feel effortless to operate.

- 380+ lighting circuits unified under a single Crestron control platform
- Approx. 1,600 light fittings mapped, scened and tuned per room
- Whole-home audio, video distribution and climate control integrated into the same touchpoint
- Custom UI tailored for the family’s daily routines, with optimised scenes for entertaining, sleep, cinema and away modes
