Can you integrate with our existing desk phones?
In most cases yes, as long as the phones are SIP-compatible. We can also replace handsets where necessary — we carry Yealink and Fanvil units as standard.
Do you offer cloud PBX or on-site only?
Both. Cloud PBX (hosted) is simpler to maintain and scale; on-site PBX gives you full control and works even if the internet goes down. We'll recommend based on your team size and connectivity.
